Fire College
This drill train firefighters in how to extinguish a propane tanker fire. Streams of water are directed to the top of the tanker, cooling it. And two or three streams of water are focused on the failed valve, and one group, seen here, gradually moves forward blowing the flames in the opposite direction. Eventually they reach the valve and because the flames are being blown away from them, they are able to shut off the valve.
